The Alkyon Hotel is an apartment complex built in the traditional fishing village of Lygia, on the island of Lefkas. It consists of 6 studio apartments, 8 two-room apartments and 2 separate three-storey houses. Each one has it’s own style and is decorated with handmade furnishings, wooden ceilings and spacious balconies. The Alkyon can accommodate up to 50 people. All the studio’s and apartments are independent units offering a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking facilities on an electric hob, a television, air-conditioning and a safe.

The villa complex operates year round and is composed of three independent, luxurious and functional stone villas named Ersi, Terina and Imera. Designed and built with a lot of taste, you will be impressed by the villas architecture. Stone and lumber are two elements that coexist and create an excellent esthetic result. Arenaria Leucadia is a stone-made villa which is located just one kilometer away from the historical centre of Lefkada town. It is a ground floor villa of 120 mē total floor area with another 20 mē of terrace space that extends out of the living room. It has two bedrooms with refined and high quality furniture, each with its own bathroom and digital television. The dining room which has views to the swimming-pool is linked to a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen which, in turn, is separated from the living room by a stunning wooden partition, a distinctive element of Lefkadian architecture.

The houses are surrounded by an olive grove in a distance of 500m from the sea. The yards apart from the pool, have a flower garden, trellis and barbecue. In the internal we find a living room with fire place and sofas, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electrical cook etc. There are two bathrooms made of granite and stone materials. The bedrooms are elevated and they have traditional furniture. The decoration of the house is typical of the Greek tradition. Each house also has private parking, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, shower, TV and DVD.

At the south part of Lefkada, 30 km from the city, built at the deepest recess of a bay, Sivota charms all the visitors. When the small marina is full, the sailing boats moor arodo (means off-shore), creating a magnificent scenery. In Asplathia region, 6 km to the north west of Lefkada town and 5 km from the beach of Agios Nikitas, five stone villas are spread on the western slopes of a lush green hill with olive trees. Every villa has a private pool, parking area, gardens and a big paved court surrounded by stone yard. The whole property is also surrounded by a stone yard. The villas are beautifully integrated in the lush green natural environment and have view to the Ionian Sea and the mountainous sides of Lefkada.
