The "Aeriko Homes of distinction" is a group of houses, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Lefkas Island (Agios Ioannis). There are five independent villas with private pool, each one can accommodate up to five persons. The houses are surrounded by an olive grove in a distance of 500m from the sea. The yards apart from the pool, have a flower garden, trellis and barbecue. In the internal we find a living room with fire place and sofas, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electrical cook etc. There are two bathrooms made of granite and stone materials. The bedrooms are elevated and they have traditional furniture. The decoration of the house is typical of the Greek tradition. Each house also has private parking, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, shower, TV and DVD.
