In Asplathia region, 6 km to the north west of Lefkada town and 5 km from the beach of Agios Nikitas, five stone villas are spread on the western slopes of a lush green hill with olive trees. Every villa has a private pool, parking area, gardens and a big paved court surrounded by stone yard. The whole property is also surrounded by a stone yard. The villas are beautifully integrated in the lush green natural environment and have view to the Ionian Sea and the mountainous sides of Lefkada.

Situated here (Tsoukalades) is also Villa Eleon. Two traditional, stone maisonettes which can accommodate 2 to 4 people in each. The materials which have been used are stone, wood, marble, tying completely in with each other accompanied by the decor of fine elegant furniture. On the ground floor of each villa is a living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our guests can enjoy exceptional moments of comfort and relaxation in the spacious rooms of the first floor.
