Reservation Info of Thalassa Mare
Note:
Rates in Euros per week per villa ( 4 persons per villa ).
10% more for the 5th person.
Minimum rent : One week. (Negotiable when it is possible).
Villa is rented entirely to one party. Rates cover taxes,vat,linen,,cleaning,water and electricity.
Villas are available all the year round at negotiated prices outside the above mentioned rental period.
More Facilities: Pergola, Patio furniture.
Terms and Conditions:
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost ( within 1 week ) to confirm your booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks before the arrival date, or full payment if booking within 6 weeks of arrival
Failure to pay on time, booking will be treated as cancelled by you
In case of a “No Show”, full amount of the total rental cost will be retained
Payment only in Euros with direct transfer to the owner
Period before start of stay within which written notification of cancellation is received by us:
Cancellation:
More than 6 weeks: deposit only
Less than 4 weeks: 60% of the total rental cost
Less than 2 weeks: 80% of the total rental cost
Within 1 week: 100% of the total rental cost
