Lefkada Vassiliki Studios

In beautiful village of Vasiliki Lefkada and concretely in the settlement of Pondi is located the Bayside Apartments that opetated for first time the summer of 2007. In our unit you can find apartments for two, three, four or even six persons. There are 4 double room apartments (kitchen- living room, bedroom) and 2 triple room apartments (kitchen-living room, two separate bedrooms) with all the modern comforts, such as fully furnished kitchen, couch which can be converted to semi double bed, fridge, tv, air condition, double beds, spacious balconies with amazing sea view and private parking.

The Pension Holiday is recently built in Vassiliki and is partly surrounded by a magic green hill, it is a peaceful environment just twenty five 25 meters from the sea, while the distance to the nearest beaches is only 70 meters. It includes simple rooms or studios. Doubles or triples as well as one apartment that can host up to four people. All of them have magnificent sea view and include verandas or balconies and are equipped with private bathroom, A/C, fridge and satellite TV.

Armonia apartments are newly constructed, fully furnished and offer high quality self contained accomodation. Each unit includes generous bedroom /s, fully furnished kitchen and meals area, separate bathroom and toilet and large outdoor private balcony. The studios are located on the south west side of the island, in Ponti settlement, near Vassiliki village. There you can enjoy the marvelous view to Vassiliki's bay in combination with the interrupted views to the Ionian Sea. The studios are 30m away from the seacost and only 100m from the sandy beach whose shallow waters are ideal for children. Furthermore, this beach is amongst the best destinations in the world as far as wind - surfing is concerned.

Villa Angela is a guest house, an ideal accommodation, with rooms, studios and apartments, only 70 m away from the beach.The rooms are all fully air conditioned, with balkonies-verandas, where you can spend time cooling down, overlooking the fabulously inspired landscape, full of flowers, trees and palm trees. Dimitris Apartments – Studios is a small family run complex which has been in operation since 1999. Ideally located at the edge of the little town of Vassiliki, the complex blends in perfectly with the little village houses surrounding it in a particularly green and quiet spot, overlooking the sea.

Heliotropia Houses is a recently constructed (2005-2008) complex of 9 independent houses with their individual entrances. 6 of them are maisonnetes and 3 are bungalows. They are located in the outskirts of Vassiliki village in an evergreen plot full of old and tall poplar trees, orange trees and lots of plants. The place is ideally located just 150 m away from the beach and around 300 m from the center of the village.

Heras Garden studios are located 2 miles away from Vassiliki bay, are fully equipped and have both front balconies and back terraces so one can relax at all times during the day according to the position of the sun and to ones mood. 14 Studios and 2 Apartments (sleep 4-5) with kitchen and full cooking facilities, air-condition and TV, traditionally decorated with balcony and great view to the sea, especially with incredibly beautiful view of the sea and of Vassiliki bay and valley. Melina's rooms & studios are located in the centre of Vassiliki village, just 50m above the village main square. All rooms are fully equiped (studios contain also kitchen), have great view to the sea and are surrounded by a very quite and chilled out environment. The house is walking distance to everywhere, just 100m to the beach, 50m to restaurants and supermarket, 50m to the port and 200m to the Health centre.

Leucadia (Lefkada) is placed at the Ionian Islands. It is connected across the mainland with a bridge.Vassiliki is at the south part of the island with 500 residents, ideal for sea sports and especially for surfing. From the verandas you can enjoy the calmness and the shade, watch the boats sailing and the gulf of Vassiliki full of people surfing and enjoying their time! The area consists of nice paths, perfect for cycling, lonely beaches, restaurants and nightlife.
