Our villas consist of four (4) functional and separate residences (mesonettes) of 60m2 each. All four provide with the same comforts and have a great view, as their orientation is towards the east.
Accommodation
Each villa has two floors. At the first floor, you will find a big living room, kitchen, WC, veranda, plasma TV 27¢¢ with satellite connection, air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an electric wall oven, a toaster, a coffeepot and a kettle, so that your stay will be comfortable and pleasant. Through an internal marble staircase, you go to the second floor where there is a bedroom and the main bathroom. You will get impressed by the spacious rooms and the high quality construction materials. The rooms are also warmed and air-conditioned. Each bedroom has two balconies and from there, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the area. Our villas give the possibility to host 2-4 people. Two of them have a fireplace for your winter excursions.
Our lodging has an underground parking area. A stone fencing isolates your villa from the others. You can also swim in our 30m2 swimming pool, if you do not want to walk to the beach, which is only 150m from our villas.
