Philippos Hotel - Apartments & bungalows is a charmfull newly built complex which consists of two buildings, the main two floors building that includes the reception, lounge with terrace and TV corner and the BUNGALOWS building. "Philippos" contains a total of 15 studios and 6 two rooms apartments. The complex is surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful flowered garden.
Six (06) - Two Room Apartments - Accommodate up to 4 persons: There is a comfortable living room with two single sofa beds and the kitchenette, equipped with refrigerator, sink, hotplates /oven and cooking facilities and a separate bedroom with one double bed. The apartments are equipped with ceiling fun or individually controlled air - condition units (heat/cold), satellite TV (reception of english, french, italian and german channels ), direct dial telephone,safe box, hair dryer, private shower / WC and furnished large balcony (approx.7m2) or terrace. The two room apartment's surface is from 35 to 40 square meters. There are two superior fully air-conditioned apartments located in the main building (One apartment with both garden & sea view and one with garden view) and four standard apartments (two of them located in bungalows and two in the main building equipped with air-condition and ceiling fans. (all four with direct acces to the garden). The spacious bedroom contains one double and one or two single sofa beds, Kitchenette equipped with, refrigerator, sink, hotplates/oven and cooking facilities, individually. Controlled air-condition unit, heat /cold), satellite TV (reception of english-french-german-italian channels), direct dial telephone, safe box, hair dryer, private shower/wc and furnished large balcony (approxim. 7 m2) or terrace.The Studio's (type B) surface is from 25 to 28 m2.
Eight superior studios are located in the main building (5 on the second floor with sea view and 3 on the first floor with mountain view) and four standard located in the bungalows building (all 4 with garden view). (3) - Studios Type A - Accommodate up to 2-3 Persons: The bedroom contains one double or two single beds, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, hotplates and cooking facilities, individually controlled Air-Condition unit, satellite TV (reception of english - french - german - italian channels) direct dial telephone, safe box, hair dryer, private shower/WC and furnished balcony. The Studio's type A surface is from 17 to 20 m2. All three type A studios are located in the bungalows building and have garden or mountain view.
