Heliotropia Houses is a recently constructed (2005-2008) complex of 9 independent houses with their individual entrances. 6 of them are maisonnetes and 3 are bungalows. They are located in the outskirts of Vassiliki village in an evergreen plot full of old and tall poplar trees, orange trees and lots of plants. The place is ideally located just 150 m away from the beach and around 300 m from the center of the village.

Our villas consist of four functional and separate residences of 60m2 each. Each villa has two floors. At the first floor, you will find a big living room, kitchen, WC, veranda, plasma satellite TV 27’’, a/c and central heating. The kitchen is fully. On the second floor there is a bedroom and the main bathroom. Each bedroom has two balconies and from there, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the area. Our villas can host 2-4 people. Two of them have a fireplace for your winter excursions.
