The complex of accommodation of Ageras Santa Marina is situated in Agios Ioannis of Lefkada. It is just 200 meters away from the beach. The room complex of Ageras Santa Marina consists of two maisonettes of 100 square meters each, which may accommodate up to six people, and four maisonettes of 35 square meters, which can accommodate 3-4 persons each, and a studio for 2 people. The domination of wood and stone, harmonized with warm colours, give the impression of both, of the modern and of the classic style.

The Alkyon Hotel is an apartment complex built in the traditional fishing village of Lygia, on the island of Lefkas. It consists of 6 studio apartments, 8 two-room apartments and 2 separate three-storey houses. Each one has it¢s own style and is decorated with handmade furnishings, wooden ceilings and spacious balconies. The Alkyon can accommodate up to 50 people. All the studio¢s and apartments are independent units offering a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking facilities on an electric hob, a television, air-conditioning and a safe.

In the heart of the Venetian olive of the capital-town of Lefkas stands the Apartment Building Anthia's garden. In the complex there are apartments with a spacious kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower-cabin, two bedrooms with a spacious balcony and a second bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Situated here (Tsoukalades) is also "Villa Eleon". Two traditional, stone maisonettes which can accommodate 2 to 4 people in each. The materials which have been used are stone, wood, marble, tying completely in with each other accompanied by the decor of fine elegant furniture. On the ground floor of each villa is a living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our guests can enjoy exceptional moments of comfort and relaxation in the spacious rooms of the first floor. You will surely feel nostalgia and romanticism which the wrought iron four poster bed radiates remining other sweeter moments.

Heliotropia Houses is a recently constructed (2005-2008) complex of 9 independent houses with their individual entrances. 6 of them are maisonnetes and 3 are bungalows. They are located in the outskirts of Vassiliki village in an evergreen plot full of old and tall poplar trees, orange trees and lots of plants. The place is ideally located just 150 m away from the beach and around 300 m from the center of the village.

The recently constructed group of apartments Vilagio Maistro is located at the Ai Giannis area, just 1,5 km from Lefkas-town and 600 m from the fascinating Ai Giannis beach, which stretches unbelievably 3000 m. 6000 sqm wonderful green nature surrounds Villagio maistro. Two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds and the third has a double bed television and a vanity with mirror. Next to the villa you can find the private pool where you can enjoy a swim and the tranquility that our garden offers.

Villa Stamata consists of two maisonettes of 80sq.m. each with an accommodation capacity of up to six person. Each residence has a private swimming pool and garden, is air-conditioned (cooling and heating) throughout and is fully equipped with the comforts of home. A fully equipped Kitchen - fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils - a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player, and a W.C. are provided on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Maid service is provided twice a week.
