Reservation Info of Heliotropia Houses
Note:
--Prices are in euros per night per apartment.
--The prices are max for 5 persons for the maisonette ,and for 4 persons for the bungalows.
--Every extra person should pay 10 euro per night.
Notice:
--During the low period from 13.09.11 to 12.06.11
the price of 40 euro for the bungalow is for 3 persons ,
the price of 70 euro for the maisonette is for 5 persons.
--Every extra person should pay 10 euro
--We make a light cleanning every day and we change towels and sheets in the meadle of the week
Terms and Conditions:
**Deposit:All reservations require a deposit 30% of the stay.
**Policy:If a confirmed booking is canceled more than 40 days the scheduled day of arrival no cancellation fee will be charged
**For cancellation from 40 to 15 days before arrival date 50% of the total accommodation price will be charged.
**For cancellation 15 days before arrival date 100% of the total accommodation price will be charged
**In case that you leave before the departure day of the booking you should pay the 50% of the account balance.
**Arrival time:You can arrive in the apartments after 14:00
**Depart time:you should depart from the apartments before 12:00
