Heliotropia Houses Apartment Lefkada Vassiliki

Vassiliki village, combines the cosmopolitan atmosphere, the nightlife, the wonderful sea and windsurfing experiences as well as the tradition of the greek islands, all in one place. The visitor gets to enjoy all these priviledges in heliotropia houses in a clean and safe environment without having to compromise the conveniences you are used to in you own house. Heliotropia houses is a recently constructed (2005-2008) complex of 9 independent houses with their individual entrances. 6 of them are maisonnetes and 3 are bungalows.
They are located in the outskirts of vassiliki village in an evergreen plot full of old and tall poplar trees, orange trees and lots of plants where our family used to grow vegetables for the house needs. There was also a small cottage where there was chickens ships and other small animals. The place is ideally located just 150 m away from the beach and around 300 m from the center of the village.apart from the white beach, which is very close, you can walk the cafeterias,restaurants, bars and clubs or enjoy shopping, anytime you want. Internet cafes, super markets, medical facilities, wind surfing and jet ski facilities as well as the gas station, are very close to us. According to the houses we tried to keep some traditional architectural elements externally but internally the building has a more modern approach in terms of design and decoration.
Accommodation
The bungalows are 40 square meter houses. They have a double bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, tv, a big bathroom and the living room where there are 2 bed sofas. It is suitable for a family or group of friends, (up to 4 people). The maisonettes are 60 square meter two-floor houses. Downstairs in the living room, there are 2 bed sofas, a fully equipped kitchen ,the dining table and a wc. In this area the tenants can cook, relax, eat in the dining table and watch tv or dvd. the night the coaches can be converted in 2 big double beds. Using the internal staircase you are up at the large bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and the couchette in the hall. There is a patio in the ground floor and a spacious balcony in the first floor. Each of the maisonettes have a maximum capacity of up to seven persons.
Anytime during the day you can relax and enjoy a sunbath in the garden, the patios or the balconies of the houses, away from the center of the town or walk up to the beach or to a nearby café, shop or restaurant. Do you want to eat or enjoy your coffee right by the sea? It¢s easy. Do you like sea sports? “vassiliki” village is famous for being a windsurfer¢s paradise.if you want you can take some windsurfing lessons in the nearby schools. This is a great choice for all of you who want to enjoy their holidays in a magnificent greek island in their own house and not in a hotel room.
