Note:
An area of 800 sq.m surrounds that very beautiful villa, so unless it is very close to the village it has absolute privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plans so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space. On the back yard, under the trees, there is your private swimming pool with sunbeds and chairs offers you total relaxation and privacy.
You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around. West coast, where we are situated has the most beautiful beaches in Greece and breathtaking sunsets Ag Nikitas village is 800 meters away from our villas .its a very beautiful small seaside village with nice restaurants, cafes ,tavernas, mini markets and good night life Local activities diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing
Terms and Conditions:
30% deposit (non -refundable) Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11 am on the day of departure Will try to be as flexible as possible .This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarded we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times Luggage storage is no problem Additional cleaning can be arrange on request
