Casa Picollo is a beautifull independent villa very close to the beach of the Village Agios Nikitas. An area of 500 m2 surrounds that very beautiffull village house, so unless it is a very close to the village it has some privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plans so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space.
An open plain living/dining/kitchen area (full cooking facilities) with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. All furnitures are antique style, leather setters, dark wood floors and wooden doors and windows. The antiques and the old pictures on the walls makes you feel very homely.
Accomodation.
Ground floor: One double bed and a large bathroom which is approaehed from the lounge area. Fridje freezer, washing machine and full air conditioning.
Gallery: There is a double antigue style bed. The villa can accomodate 2 - 4 people. Further accommodation for children can provided with a pull out bed in the gallery or lounge.
Prices include maid service, change of bed linen and towels, twice per week.
