Casa Picolla is a beautiful independent villa very close to the beach of Agios Nikitas village. An area of 500 m2 surrounds that very beautiful village house, so unless it is a very close to the village it has some privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plans so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space.
In the back yard there is also a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around where you can enjoy your breakfast of you evening bath.
An open plain living/dining/kitchen area (full cooking facilities) with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. All furniture are antique style, leather setters, dark wood floors and wooden doors and windows. The antiques and the old pictures on the walls makes you feel very homely.
Accommodation.
Ground floor: One double bed and a large bathroom which is approached from the lounge area. Fridge freezer, washing machine and full air conditioning
Gallery: There is a double antique style bed. The villa can accommodate 2 - 4 people. Further accommodation for children can provided with a pull out bed in the gallery or lounge.
Prices include maid service, change of bed linen and towels, twice per week.
