Booking policy:
Operating period from June 1st – September 30th
For the high season period (July until August) minimum Rental period for the houses is a week (7 consecutive days). It is preferred if possible to start commencement of hire on each Saturday, Sunday or Monday of a week.
For low season period (June-September) minimum rental period of houses is five consecutive days anytime within period.
All booking transactions must be in written to protect both parties (client and hotelier). Upon deposit of your advances (25% of the total amount+bank transaction service)you are kindly requested to send by e-mail a message, fax or any convenient means the relevant deposit receipt to confirm your payment.
You will receive a written reply from our side confirming the booking period agreed between both parties. The payment for the balance amount will be carried out upon your arrival. Cancellation policy:
• In the event that the customer wishes to cancel a booking, and the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date, the hotelier (owner) is obliged to refund the deposit in full, while for cancellations made within 21 days, the customer must pay the hotelier the 50% of the total cost of the cancelled booking. All cancellation transactions must be in written so both parties (client and hotelier) to be protected accordingly.
