Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled:
21 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
21 to 14 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
14 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
Departure before the scheduled departure date - the full amount for the nights stayed will be charged for as well as 50% of the total for the nights not stayed as a cancellation fee.
