Arodo Seaside Villas Villa Lefkada Sivota

At the south part of Lefkada, 30 km from the city, built at the deepest recess of a bay, Sivota charms all the visitors. When the small marina is full, the sailing boats moor arodo (means off-shore), creating a magnificent scenery. Inside an olive field, at the edge of the village, in front of the small beach, we created Arodo-Seaside Villas : Two independent, luxury villas with private pools.
• Villa Christina
Villa Christina situated only 10 metres from the beach and set in spacious grounds with its own swimming pool, the property is only a few minutes walk away from Sivota marina making it an ideal location for those combining a villa and sailing holiday.
A striking villa of 145 sq.m. that can host up to 8 guests. Villa Christina is a spacious property that has been completed to meticulous standards. There is a large open plan living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs set out around the fireplace, an elegant dining area and very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. There is central heating and air-conditioning throughout, internet access and flat-screened TV.
There are four bedrooms – 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have epavlis bedcloths and quilts. There are 2 bathrooms, the first has a hydro-massage spa bath and shower, the second has a bathtub and shower.
The villa has a large garden that is on various terraced levels with stone walls and stone steps. The swimming pool is large (40sqm) and is beautifully designed with teak loungers and umbrellas set out on its terrace, as well as a handy outdoor shower. From the pool and large outdoor dining area, you can spend hours gazing at the limpid bay of Sivota and the yachts as they glide past.
Sivota village, with its selection of traditional shops, tavernas, bars and cafes is only a 5 minute walk away. A hired boat can be moored in Sivota Bay, which is a natural harbour. Car hire is not essential.

• Villa Penelope
This lovely little villa called Penelope provides great accommodation for a family of four or two couples holidaying together in one of the prettiest little fishing villages in the Ionian. Villa Penelope is an excellent family villa that has been recently completed to very high standards. It is in an enviable position being right on the bay of Sivota only 10 metres from the beach.
Villa Penelope has a spacious open plan living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs situated around the open fire-place. The elegant furnishings complement the paintings that have been commissioned by contemporary artists from Lefkada. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped (including dish-washer) and with separate dining area. The villa benefits from internet access, flat-screen TV, central heating and air-conditioning throughout. All rooms have been furnished in an elegant and modern style with an emphasis on maximum comfort.
The villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom that have been equipped with epavlis bedcloths and quilts. There are 2 bathrooms, the first has a hydro-massage spa bath and shower, the second has hydro-massage shower.
The gardens have been landscaped in a natural style with stone terracing and stone-flagged pathways that meander through the flower gardens and lawn. There is a large swimming pool (40sqm) with teak loungers and umbrellas on its terrace as well as an outdoor shower. From inside the villa and from its outside dining area and poolside, there are magnificent views right out over Sivota bay. A few steps from the garden takes you down to the beach.
