Αlmond Villa is located within an almond field at the edge of the traditional village of Kalamitsi, on the west side of Lefkada island. Brand new and opened for the 2010 season, it is a luxury villa with a private pool, built and equipped to the highest standards and offering exceptional comfort and total privacy.
The Villa
Almond Villa is a two story villa (110 sq/m), situated on a 600 sq/m property, with two bedrooms (one on each floor) which provides great accommodation for 4 – 6 persons.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area with sofa (which transforms into a double bed), satellite LCD TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen with fitted oven, fridge, coffee maker, automatic washing machine. Thanks to the uniquely designed full glass frontage of the living area you have direct access to the patio and the pool area as well as fantastic sea views. Next to the kitchen is the bedroom, also with direct access to the patio, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The first floor has timber-lined cathedral ceilings and consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, big balcony with breathtaking sea views and large bathroom with bathtub and WC.
All the rooms are air-conditioned. The house offers a large garden, a pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas, a big patio with garden furniture and a BBQ area. Private parking is also provided. All verandas, the balcony and the whole pool area have magnificent sea views. Upon your arrival you will find a sample of local wine, olive oil and honey waiting for you.
