For the 4th day by now, the island of Kythira, Ionian, remains without a ferry boat service. The “Myrtidiotissa” that did regularly the route from Athens does not function, due to service.

The island is without food refit since last Thursday, while at the fire that bloke out during the weekend, the vehicles of the Fire Department could by no mean pass to the island.

The under-secretary of Greek Shipping Ministry, Panos Kammenos, stated that the Ministry is in constant touch with the ship's company, which is obligated to replace it.
