Chalkos Beach Kythira: Chalkos is a small beach situated on the southeastern coast of the island of Kythira. Chalkos beach is accessible via an irregular trail leading down from Chora-Kalamos route.
Chalkos beach is fairly windy with the wind blowing from the north making it a fabulous spot to spend time and enjoy the holiday season. The length of Chalkos beach is roughly 200 metres and its width about 20 metres. It is a typical sand and shingle beach with fine gradient adding to its magnetic. |
