The airport of Kythira is located 8 km to the south of Potamos and receives only domestic flights from Athens. There are no charter flights to Kythira from abroad.

Travel there - Ferries
You can also go to Kythira by ferry. There are direct ferries from Piraeus to Kythira, but there are also ferries from other ports of Peloponnese: Gythio, Kalamata and Neapoli.

There are also ferries linking Kythira to Kissamos, in Chania Prefecture, Cret.
