The island is becoming overcroweded

The Trip: I arrived on the island by plane with the Olympic Airways. The trip was very good with delays
Reasons for going to Kefalonia: Discovered on the Internet, recommended by friends. was many times in Greece before
Idea before arriving n Kefalonia: I knew that Kefalonia has many beautiful beaches. I found it is true. I also discovered beautiful landscapes and magnificent, cypress woods. I feared it was too crowded by tourists. I found it is, but only in some places
Favorite things about the Kefalonia:
- Best Beaches: Antisamos, Foki, Petanoi, Agia Kyriaki
- Best villages: Assos, Fiskardo
- Best Activity: Swimming, sailing
- Best Bar/Pub/Club: Teatro (Farsa)
Negative opinion about Kefalonia:
Cover the car parking in order to provide shade. Plant mediterranean trees and plants just behind the beaches. Explain to the tourists why the sea water in some places is not clear and it looks like there was milk in it: is it unclean or it depends on clay minerals?
Do not allow the most notorious beaches (Myrtos, Antisamos, Petanoi) to accommodate more people than now! They are too many. Don't allow to build many other buildings , rent homes and hotels in the island. Stop it, they are enough! Grant the access to Tourkopodaro to everybody. Protect the cypress groves. Make botanical paths
Recommendations for future visitors
If you love silent and not crowded areas, avoid to stay in Lassi area (but Platis Yalos, although very crowded, is a beautiful beach). Don't miss Ithaka
Rating of the overall quality/organization/services of this island/area in comparison with other countries
