Kefalonia Beaches: Xi Beach in Kefalonia Greece Xi Kefalonia: Xi is located a couple of kilometres from the village of Lixouri. Xi is a nice long beach with fine orange and red sand and clear waters. Sun beds, umbrellas and water sports facilities are available, and accommodations and snack-bars are situated behind the beach.

There are a number of hotels in the area so this beach is not quiet. Indeed there are quite a few loungers and shades here. A nice enough beach but certainly not up to the standards of those on the ‘mainland’ ; probably the best on the peninsular though.
