Kefalonia Emblisi Beach Fiskardo 01 Emblisi Kefalonia: Emblisi is very close to the fishing village of Fiskardo. This beach is also quite popular. It’s quite small with white pebbles which aren’t very comfortable to sit or lie on so some sort of mat could come in handy here. Perhaps the best thing about this beach is the interesting rock structures either side of the beach. The horizontal layers of the rock can be clearly made out and they act as a unique sunbathing opportunity. The bay is almost square in its layout and popular with families

Our Impressions:
The rocks here are interesting and it is convenient if you are staying in Fiskardo. But it’s not one of the island’s best beaches and does get busy. The nearby Electrical power plant ruins the ambience a bit but it is mainly blocked by a row of trees.
