General Information:
Diana is a nice restaurant in Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. It is located at the harbor of Argostoli, near the ferry spot to Lixouri. Operating for 20 years, it is known for the traditional Greek cuisine that includes classic dishes, like stifado and moussaka. However, most of the specialties served in this tavern come from their local cuisine like seafood (octopus in vinegar, cheese and stuffed mushrooms) and other delicacies. A recommended dish is certainly the Kefalonian meat pie.
The dishes are accompanied by a selection of local wines. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly and the service is excellent. There is a small play area for the children with slides and swings, where toddlers can play around under their watchful eyes of their parents. Some nights, this restaurant organizes live Greek music with great success.
