The building is in the middle of a natural environment, surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and flowers. Each apartment and studio is furnished with refrigerator, stove, kitchen equipment, T.V. A/C, and private bathroom. There is either a balcony or a veranda over looking the sea, except the lower studios which are facing the gardens. Also we have big and secured parking lot for your car.

A two building complex with a separate reception room built in a quiet place 300m away from the sandy beach "Ammes" of Svoronata village and 9 km south of Argostoli, the capital of the island. Hello it is Despina and Manolis from Kefalonia. We run a complex of 2 studios and 5 apartments in Karavomylos, 1,5km from Sami. The apartments are spacious, fully equipped for two, three or four people with kitchenette, kitchenware, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot water and air condition. Lourdata is a holiday resort visited by plenty of tourists every year. It is built in a area with thick and colourful vegetation and running waters whichsprin from the mountain “Ainos”. A rural road (300m) which starts from the centre of the village, in an oasi of green and absolute quiet, leads to our studios. The new built set of rooms is just 30 metres far from the nearest sandy beach it consists of 13 1-room flats 25 m, five of them are on the ground floor, four in the first and four on the second floor.

Sofia Studios are situated in a quiet and green village, Mousata. They are included fridge, kitchen and private balcony. Also you can enjoy the swimming pool which is in front of the rooms. All the rooms have view to the sea. Comfortable parking.

The complex is complete with 6 fully-equipped studios, a cafeteria, a restaurant, a souvenir shop and a chandlery. There are 6 fully-equipped studios. All include air-conditioning, television, internet connectivity and mini-refrigerators. Four of the studios accommodate 2 persons, mostly used for couples, and the other 2 studios can accommodate 4 persons per studio, for large families. The 4 person studios also include a small kitchen for a family’s basic needs. The 4 front-side studios have very large balconies.
