The complex Erofili Villas is located in the village of Vlachata of Kefalonia, only 600 meters from the famous beach of Lourda, less than 1 km from the beach of Trapezaki and 300 metres away from the foothills of the mountain Ainos.
Acommodation
It contains 3 villas with a total of 6 independent homes, furnished and designed with high aesthetic standards, unique style and quality. The complex includes 3 independent of 75 sq.m..each houses in the ground floor and 3 raised houses of the 135 sq.m each one. The three ground floor houses host 2 persons each and consisting of lounge / living-dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a very spacious bedroom and veranta. All the houses have modern and practical equipment while 5 of the 6 houses have their private swimming-pool. The three raised houses host 4 people each, and are built on two levels. In the lower level hosted 2 persons while an inner wooden staircase leads up to the attic of 45 sq.m. which is fully equipped and ready to accommodate 2 additional persons. They consist of a living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms each, a veranda and balcony. These villas have their own private swimming-pool.
All of the residences have individual terraces and balconies that provide pleasant and comfortable stay, but also a unique view.
The position of the complex is an ideal destination for those who want to combine their vacation near to the sea and to the mountain.
