20% discount of the room rate for single occupancy.
All rooms privide double beds and bath with shower.
Cancelation Policy
In case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival there will be no refund (100% cancellation fees).
In case of cancellation within 21 days of arrival there will be a 50% charge (50% cancellation fees).
In case of cancellation in a period of more that 21 days, guest will receive a 100% refund of the payment.
Terms and Conditions

21 to 8 days prior to arrival - 50 % charge
7 to 1 days prior to arrival - 75 % charge
On arrival date, no show - 100 % charge.
