Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or by deposit to our bank account requested by email.
For bookings up to 2 nights stay - 1 night deposit is necessary!
For bookings from 3 nights stay and more - 40% deposit is necessary!
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 28 days before confirmed arrival date!
Any cancellation made within 27 days before arrival date results of losing the deposit!
In case of non show prior to the scheduled date results of losing the deposit!
In case of departure prior to the scheduled date results in 50% charge of the stay!
Prices stated are in euro per room, per night basis and include VAT.
