Reservation Info of Astra
Note:
Rates are quoted in Euro, per room and night, and include Buffet Breakfast, services and taxes.
Half board supplement: 16 Euro/adult, 12 Euro/child (2-10 years – children¢s menu)
For groups over 30 people – discount 10%.
Special offer for honeymooners: In a suite, a basket of fruits & wine, and a romantic dinner
For your reservations you are required to prepay 30% of the total cost of the stay. You can do that:
1. By Credit card charge 0r
2. By a bank deposit to:

The rest amount of stay must be deposited to our bank or charged in your card 5 days before the arrival of the customer. A reservation is valid as soon as the payments are made in the appropriate periods.
We accept VISA, MasterCard credit cards.
Terms and Conditions:
Confirmation: A Hotel\'s credit card charge authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 30 days before confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation made within:14 to 30 days results in a charge of 30% of the cost of the stay.
7 to 14 days results in a charge of 50% of the cost of the stay.
1 to 6 days results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
