Alexis Studios stand on the picturesque harbour of Agia Efimia and offer visitors the combined views of the gulf and the surrounding mountains. There are 3 studios, 30 sq.m. each, with either sea or mountain views, depending on your choise. There are two 55sq.m apartments with a seperate bedroom with a double bed that look into a full furnished veranda.

Almyros is located in the south-west side of Kefalonia, 6km from the port and centre of Lixuri. In about 1km from us into the sea, is the famous KOUNOPETRA (moving rock) and near by beautiful beaches. The building is in the middle of a natural environment, surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and flowers. Each apartment and studio is furnished with refrigerator, stove, kitchen equipment, T.V. A/C, and private bathroom. There is either a balcony or a veranda over looking the sea, except the lower studios which are facing the gardens. Also we have big and secured parking lot for your car.

"Baha-Ammes" villas are an ideal retreat for those searching for peaceful holidays. A two building complex with a separate reception room built in a quiet place 300m away from the sandy beach "Ammes" of Svoronata village and 9 km south of Argostoli, the capital of the island. In a distance of one to five kilometers there are 4 more beautiful sandy beaches, such as "Avithos, Ai Helis and Minies". Additionally the bay of "Agia Pelagia" (one km away) provides a safe anchorage for yachts and fishing boats.

Agia Efimia is surrounded by mountains on the south, north and west side which form the Pyllaros Valley, and to the east it faces the Ionian Sea, which has been rewarded repeatedly for having one of the clearest and cleanest waters in the Mediterranean Sea. Agia Efimia's central location enables you to reach all corners of this virtually untouched island within 30 minutes by car.

Our attractive apartments enjoy the most superb location in the village of Sarlata with the gardens and balconies providing stunning views down the hillside to the sea. The seven studios and two double bedroomed apartments are all spacious and well furnished. All provide kitchen facilities, phones, television and balconies together with those fantastic sea views. There is also A/C, sealing fan, safe box, hair dryer, jug kettle, steam iron.

The apartments are spacious, fully equipped for two, three or four people with kitchen, kitchenware, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot water and air condition. Each apartment has its own balcony overlooking the sea or the mount Ainos. In our garden you can relax enjoying the sea view letting your children play around.

"SEA BREEZE", with its A' class 12 studios and 6 rooms for 2- 4 persons is located in a green surrounding with a wonderful view to the deep blue of Ionian Sea 1 Km from the city og Lixuri and just 5m from a sandy beach. The studios are of 1 or 2 rooms and provide cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, shower, cal rifer and large balcones with sea view. Our rooms provide every accomodation.

In Lithero area of Lourdas, only 80m from the well known Lourdas Beach, you will find Vivian Apartments. It is a new built residence of 14 fully equipped apartments and studios capable of accommodating 2-4 people.
