I've stayed at Lygies twice - once in 2003, once in 2005. Both times our stay was excellent - the rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The owners speak good English and are very hospitable. Trapezaki is peaceful with lots of really beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend car hire whilst on Kefalonia to make the most of the island. I am thinking of visiting again later in the year - if I do I will definitely stay at Lygies.
I realise this review is a bit gushing but at the moment I'm sat in an office in rainy England, day dreaming of having a Greek salad and a Mythos at the beach cafe on Agia Thomas (v. close to Lygies!). Can't recommend highly enough. |
