Guestbook of La Cite Hotel

WE LOVE THIS HOTEL WE TRY TO GO TWICE A YEAR
THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL THE SETTING IS PEACEFUL.
WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN TO CRETE AND ZANTE THIS YEAR BUT NOTHING COMPARES TO KEFALONIA AND THE LA CITE WE WERE THERE IN JULY AND HOPE TO BE BACK END OF SEPTEMBER

Just returned after a short breaf at the hotel, all of the above coments are true it surely is a great place. looking forward to returning next year.

We have just returned from La Cite Hotel in Lixouri and were delighted in every way. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, even those who could speak little or no English. The food was better than some of the local tavernas and excellent value for money. If you want a place of peace n quiet, you're sure to find it at La Cite.... No loud thumping repetetive "music" to put up with.... Maybe a chorus or two from the local dogs choir to finish the evening. Then down the road 5 minutes away is the ferry to Argosoli. 2 euros will take you there. There's some beautiful walks. Diana and I highly recommend La Cite where you will certainly receive more than a welcome.

We have just returned home after another wonderful two weeks staying at the La Cite. This was the fourth time that we had stayed and as usual the friendliness and family atmosphere were superb. Now looking forward to returning in September for another two weeks - can't wait!

Have been to La Cite the last 2 years and have enjoyed it so much that we are going twice this year. The staff are very friendly and obliging. It is about 5 minutes from Lixouri centre where there are some very good restaurants. The hotel and area are quiet, but that is what we like. Looking forward to our 2 visits this year.
