Feeling like a Greek God!!!

I always wanted to go to Ithaca, land of the mythical Ulysses; I imagined it magical and extremely beautiful?and it was as I expected it.
I found small coves boarded by trees, emerald waters, picturesque villages, archaeological sites associated with myths of the Odyssey and a great, unique calm.
I made a lot of peaceful walks and refreshing swims and I let myself being charmed by the beauty of nature and of the landscapes of the island.
I saw ruins and wonder around the picturesque streets of the capital, the beautiful and traditional village of Vathi. Everything was a real delight and I enjoyed every moment of my stay?I felt a bit like a Greek god.
