After a week in busy Kefalonia, we needed a few days in Ithaca to relax. This was our second trip to Ithaca as the first time we didn't have the chance to see all of it. Like Kefalonia, Ithaca is also very green but trully quiet. Rent a car from 2-3 days and visit its picturesque vilages, like Stavros and Kioni but prefer to rent a room in Vathy, as it is more central. Kioni has the best fish restaurants. The top beaches are those which need a boat to go, particularly Sarakiniko.
