Mourmouris is a lovely restaurant with a special interest in pizza. It opened its doors in 1992 and since then it has gained reputation as one of the best restaurants with Italian cuisine in Corfu. It is located along Ethnikis Antistaseos st, next to the port of Corfu. It is an area lined with cafe-bars, taverns, restaurants and clubs.
Spyros Mourmouris, the owner of the restaurant has received a long training in Naples to become an expert on traditional Italian cuisine and its secrets. The restaurant offers special flavors from Greek and Italian cuisine, all prepared with fresh ingredients. Besides the Italian dishes, they serve the best seafood combined with fresh vegetables.
The decoration is a fine combination of Greek and Italian culture. The restaurant has a lovely location due to its close proximity from the sea and the Pantokrator Mountain. It is open from noon till midnight.
