The Great Shakes Bar-Restaurant is situated in the heart of the lovely resort of Dassia on the east coast of Corfu. Owner Ken, left Britain to open Shakes in 1987. He married Sarah in 1996 and she has since then been the chef in this great Indian restaurant.
