Stablus is a large building complex including a restaurant, bar and cafe. It is part of the New Fortress and an integral part of Corfiot history.
The complex was originally constructed in 1725 to host the horses of the Venetian authoritatives. In 2004, it was renovated with respect to its history and the construction materials of that time. The restaurant has established a fine reputation due to the chef's talent and experience to create the best Mediterranean dishes.
