Paleokastritsa is the most popular tourist spot on Corfu, probably thanks to its delightful landscape and the clean beach. The beach may get cold some days but it is a great place to lay down on the pebbles and enjoy a day in the sun. Apart from swimming, Paleokastritsa is also famous for its Monastery on top of a hill. Just outside the monastery, there is a balcony with a canon from where you can take great photos.
