Bus service: There is a blue and a green-bus stop right in front of the hotel Distances: Corfu town: 7.5 km, Achilleion Palace: 2 km (for those who wish to combine their visit to this special monument with un unforgettable walk, Achilleion is also accessible through a path), Airport: 6 km, Benitses: 4 km, Kanoni: 1 km (you can take a wonderful walk passing the bridge between the Chalikiopoulos lagoon and the sea and visit the famous Vlaherena monastery), Corfu port: 8 km, Kaizer's bridge: 1 km Sights: Perama is situated in the centre of the island, at its eastern part. It is a very green area, ideal for sallies. Apart from Vlaherena, Pontikonissi, Kaizer?s bridge and Achilleion which are at a very close distance (you can walk to them), you can easily visit the whole island since you are located at the most central spot. It is Perama which the famous English writer/poet/naturalist Gerald Durrell chose to stay and explore.
