Exarchou Apartments and Studios are, located in the little village of Krouzeri at Nissaki Corfu, have features that can make your holiday experience a memorable one. Just a breath from the sea coastline, Exarchou Apartments and Studios boast for one the most unique locations in Corfu. What one will notice entering the area of the property is the extensive work that has been done using natural rock, called 'Siniotiko', that covers most of the surfaces of the exterior walls. Also covered with rock and pebbles is the interior path that starts at the main entrance, continues to a small block of steps that have been carefully designed to be appropriate for walking and also for the use of a wheel or push chair. The path ends at a small iron gate right in front of the the pebble beach of Krouzeri. The grounds surrounding the Apartments and Studios consist of an array of olive and other colourful trees, all arranged in a way that offers an excellent exterior decoration, to this already magnificent Corfiot natural setting. For those that like a good barbeque, near the entrance of the villa one can find a big barbeque place, made of rock, that could be used for an exceptional dinner with friends and family. Circular pavements cover all trees (at the height of an armchair), full of decorative flowers and are made from natural rock that is craftily arranged. The array of big olive trees casts its shadow all over the place and you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon sheltered from the burning sun. For the more romantic, in the evening, one will just need to lean back on one of the benches, placed between the trees, in order to gaze far at the sea and the ski, coloured from the imminent sunset. There is a fire extinguisher in every apartment and studio. Near the entrance of our property you will find plenty of parking space. Cleaning is done every other day, with a change of sheets, linen twice a week. Should you require anything, just ask her as she will be glad to help you. All the Apartments have direct views to the sea. They are fully furnished and air-conditioned and sleep up to 4 people. All the Studios have direct views to the sea. They are fully furnished and air-conditioned. They sleep up to two (2) people each. Our property has been built since 1991 and in the recent year it has renewed. The distance between Corfu Town and our property is 22 Km. It consists of 5 apartments for 3-4 people and 2 studios for 2 people. All our apartments and studios are fully equipped and furnished. Also they have air-conditioning, refrigerators, independent kitchens, remarkable sea views, parking place, large independent balkons. It is the ideal place for families because it has large external grounds for the kids. Responsible for the apartments is Mrs Georgia the owner. It is common knowledge that summers are becoming hotter and hotter every year. However, not many apartments and studios in Corfu provide air-conditioning. Since the summer of 2004, we have fitted air-conditioning in all our apartments and studios. You are free to use them as you wish and they are included in the accommodation price.
