Reservation Info of Green Corner
Note:
1) The above prices are the official prices in euros. Based on the number of people as well as the number of days we can negotiate the prices
2) In above rate a Community or Municipal Tax and V.A.T is included.
3) A 20% deposit of total stay is required for booking confirmation
4) The studio or apartment rate is increased by 20% if an extra bed is added at the client\'s request
Terms and Conditions:
1) Check out time 12:00 noon. Clients occupying the studio or apartment till 18:00 are charged 50% on studio or apartment rate. After 18:00 a full studio or room rate is paid.
2) If cancellation is effected 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
3) If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 21 days prior to the date of arrival, client has to cover the 50% of the cost of his stay
4) In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost of the remaining period of his stay
