Confirmation Policy
In order to confirm your stay we require a 30% down payment, with Visa or MasterCard being perfectly acceptable or a bank transfer to our bank account.
Cancellation Policy
If you notify us by fax or email that you wish to cancel your reservation then the following policy applies:
Between 21-30 days prior to your arrival we refund 100%
Between 15-20 days prior to your arrival we refund 50%
Between 8-14 days prior to your arrival we refund 25%
Between 0-7 days prior to your arrival we refund 0%
For no-shows down-payment is not refundable.
In case of departure earlier than the confirmed date we charge 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining nights.
