Corfu: Vatos Corfu

Vatos Corfu: Vatos is a small and quiet village in the centre of the island, about 12 km from Corfu Town. Although Vatos in located on an altitude, it is only a few minutes drive from famous beaches of Corfu, such as Ermones, Pelekas, Glyfada and Myrtiotissa.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the valley around Vatos was actually a lake that has been dried today. Ropa Valley, as it is called, accupies an area of 10,000,000 sq.m. and extends all over central Corfu.
