As I enjoy driving much, I decided to drive to Corfu from Bulgaria, through Northern Greece. Corfu was as great as in pictures and postcards I had seen. A truly magnificent island with a lot of greenery and gorgeous beaches. I felt that the northern part of the island was more developed than the southern, as it had more hotels and better beaches. I loved the Castles and the Fortresses all over the island. The Old Town was lovely and at many points I wished I was staying there permanently. Pontikonisi is also picturesque and there is a cafeteria with great view to it. Go, go, go to Corfu! You will not regret it, TRUST ME!
