Aqualand and Greek food were superb

Corfu Review:
We spent our last holidays in Sidari. The main drag in Sidari is like Blackpool - The Magic Wok, Karaoke Bars, People giving out flyers to get you in to places, jam packed, no sign of anything or anyone Greek. But we stayed at a nice apartment right on the outskirts and ate Greek food in friendly restaurants and had a great time. Wonderful beach and very pleasant people.
Nightlife is lively in the main part of Sidari and we were sold a quiet, family holiday. THIS IS NOT SO. Even though we were as far away from the main drag as we could be, whilst still being in Sidari, we could hear the Karaoke from our apartment.
The food is traditional Sunday lunch and home cooked North Sea fish and chips. If you search, you'll find proper Greek cuisine in lovely restaurants and tavernas. Steer clear of the main drag. When we found restaurants that served traditional dishes, it was superb.
Not a single bad experience.
If you have children, go visit Aqualand, this is a fantastic day out. We spent a whole day there and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Don't stay on the main drag if you have children. If you are 21 and up for fun, you'll love it.
