Corfu: Danilia Corfu

Danilia Corfu: Danilia (or Dafnila) is a small pebbled beach located on the eastern coast of Corfu, 12 km from Corfu Town. The beach itself sits in a bay but there are no tourist facilities, like sunbeds and umbrella. Nearby you will find a local tavern. The water is usually calm and totally protected from the strong winds. For those seeking accommodation, there is a luxurious hotel within a short distance from the beach. Dafnila does get a little crowded during the summer season and you have to keep an eye for boats entering the small bay. The closest tourist resort to Danilia is Dassia.
