Corfu Bataria-Kassiopi 01 Bataria-Kassiopi Corfu: The Bataria Kassiopi beach is among the most picturesque beaches on Corfu. The undulating hills on the distant horizon make for a picture perfect setting. The Albanian mountains towering on the other side looks stunning from a distance.

Getting to Bataria Kassiopi is half the fun as you travel across the scenic North coast and all of a sudden you come across the sign that directs you to Kassiopi off from the main road.
 
At first glance, as you approach Bataria Kassiopi you are led to believe that it is a quaint place. Once you get out of the streets, you come across boats of all sizes which are docked in the bay and the sight of so many boats looks like a kaleidoscopic vignette from the distant horizon.

The undulating green hills only goes on to accentuate the beauty of the place.Kassiopi is small in size in comparison to the other beaches found on Kefalonia and one can see all that is there to be seen in Kassioppi in a single day. The best part about Bataria Kassiopi is its cleanliness. The clean beach is very inviting. There is hardly any litter and dustbins are carefully placed in strategic places for the disposal of wastes.
