General Description
Departing from Athens, this island hopping tour allows a visit to two stunning islands of the Cyclades, Santorini and Ios. Different in style, these two places give a good insight into holidays in Greece. Santorini is world famous for its volcanic landscape, with the sunken caldera, the white villages on the caldera edge, the picturesque architecture, and the romantic sunset. On the southern side of the island, there are large, organized beaches to swim.
Ios island also has a traditional Cycladic style, with an impressive Chora constructed on the slopes of a hill and offering a fabulous view of the Aegean Sea. All around the landscape of Ios, there are small white chapels, while the coastline is dotted with fabulous beaches. Mylopotas and Gialos are the most organized beaches in Ios, lined up with many hotels, taverns, and beach bars. In the evening, people go to Chora to enjoy music parties at the many bars along the narrow streets of the town.
