General Description:

The largest island of Greece, Crete is a place that suits all tastes: whether you are looking for developed tourist resorts or quiet beaches, archaeological sites or fabulous nature, luxurious hotels or camping sites, then you have discovered the best place!

Although Crete is surrounded by sea, the inland is mountainous and steep. The most popular towns are Heraklion and Chania. Heraklion is a large town with a Medieval fortress at the entrance of the port. In a short distance from Heraklion Town, there is the Minoan Palace of Knossos, which was covered by the volcanic ashes of Santorini in about 1,600 BC and was found almost intact by the archaeologists.

Chania Town has a picturesque ambience with the Venetian port, the lighthouse and the Old Town. Close to both Heraklion and Chania, there are beautiful beaches to enjoy your days under the sun. Should you have time, you can drive around and discover the beauty that Crete has to offer.

Description of the tour:

Day 1:

Arrival at Athens Airport. We will be waiting for you at the airport with a panel with your name on it. We will give you all the documents and information needed for your trip. Transfer to your hotel in Athens. Overnight in Athens.

Day 2:

Breakfast.
Day free at your leisure to discover Athens or participate to one of the organized tours "Overnight in Athens".

Day 3:

Breakfast.
08h15 Transfer to the Airport and flight for Heraklion, Crete.
Air schedule: departing from Athens at 12h00 and arriving at Heraklion at 12h50. Transfer to your hotel in Heraklion.
Overnight in Heraklion.

Day 4:

Breakfast. Day free at your leisure or to attend the Knossos tour Overnight in Heraklion.

Day 5:

Breakfast.
Transfer to the city of Chania.
Rest of the day free at your leisure.
Overnight in Chania.

Day 6:

Breakfast. Day free at your leisure.
Overnight in Chania.

Day 7:

Breakfast.
16h00. Transfer to Chania airport and flight to Athens
Air schedule: departing from Chania at 17h20 and arriving at Athens at 18h15
Transfer to your hotel in Athens.
