Terrible ferry service

I wouldn't know how the trip was as the boat was cancelled. I don't have a problem with the ferry being cancelled but it would have been nice to be informed that it was going to be cancelled by the ferry company and not have to run all over the place to find out why it didn't turn up, and I was not the only one this happened to. They ask for a mobile number so could have easily sent an sms to advise people it was cancelled and to make other arrangements.
I missed my flight back to London from Mykonos as by the time I found out the boat was cancelled it was too late to get the next ferry and in turn arrived in Mykonos too late to get on the plane. No point asking for a mobile number or e mail address if they aren't going to be used to communicate with passengers!!!!
Booking service was fine, but after booking service was terrible.
