The trip was fine, no delay. There were 4 of us but our seats were separated. The staff on board were helpful to put us together but the seats should really be together in the first place to avoid unnecessary problems, especially because we had kids travelling together.

Collecting the luggages upon arrival at Santorini was also a real pain. Everyone was rushing and jammed up the luggage area. No supervision leaving it unsafe as people may hurt themselves pushing each other with heavy luggages. Supervision must be provided and staff to help unload luggages safely.
